The 2D barcode scanner is supported by a 2D imager. Another benefit of these images is the barcode orientation is not necessary while reading means decoding. It takes a more thorough image and in a more intelligent way so the code is read from any direction. This is more efficient as it reads faster with less scan aiming.

These are designed especially for conveyor lines and do not have any kind of trigger or any button to scan. Fixed scanners come in a great range of speeds to accommodate very high-speed assembly lines without user involvement.
